Terms ofuse

By accessing or registering on the SOLSAT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

We may amend these terms with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the amended terms.

SOLSAT provides an online platform for:

• Analysing rooftop solar potential using AI and satellite imagery
• Estimating return on investment (ROI) for rooftop solar systems on homes
• Connecting homeowners with vetted solar installers

• You must be 20 or older, or have parental consent if you are 10 to 19
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account
• Please tell us immediately if you find that your account has been accessed without authorisation

You agree not to:

• Provide false information in registration or analysis forms
• Scrape or reverse-engineer SOLSAT's AI systems or satellite imagery
• Use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Pass on or sell data obtained from SOLSAT without permission
• Disrupt or attack SOLSAT's systems
• Impersonate any person or organisation

All content on the SOLSAT platform, including AI models, software, design, satellite data, and system-generated reports, is owned by SOLSAT or its licensors. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Data you submit to SOLSAT (such as your home address and electricity bill) remains yours. You grant SOLSAT the right to use it only to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, SOLSAT is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes losses arising from a decision to install solar based on SOLSAT estimates.

SOLSAT's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or THB 1,000 for free services).

Solar installers that join the SOLSAT network additionally agree to:

• Receive and handle customer lead data in line with SOLSAT's privacy policy and the PDPA
• Sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before receiving any lead data
• Not contact customers through unauthorised channels or use data beyond the stated purpose
• Accept that SOLSAT is only a referral intermediary and is not a party to any sale or installation contract

SOLSAT does not guarantee installer quality, pricing, or installation outcomes.

• You can close your account at any time through account settings or by contacting privacy@solsat.dev
• SOLSAT may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. We will give notice in advance unless the breach is serious
• When an account is closed, we delete personal data according to the retention policy in the privacy policy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with at least 30 days' prior notice via email or on-site notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
